June 5, 2006	I expect to sign shortly a commitment letter with Raphael and Raphael to once again review our accounts and prepare our tax return. The cost is the same as last year.
May 28, 2009	I have received the paperwork and will once again be engaging Raphael & Raphael LLP to provide a review of our accounts and prepare an annual report and our tax return. The fee is unchanged from last year.
