114 Well Contract

| We have received authorization to contract from DEP. We are finalizing the contract to get it to NH Boring for signatures and have received the PIC permits. This work will follow completion of the previous contract and will hopefully start at the end of May. |
| April 11, 2005
| We have been straightening out the language on this contract. I'm hopeful that we can send it out to New Hampshire Boring for their signature this week. Construction on this contract will, if all goes well, start at the beginning of June. |
| May 16, 2005
| Haley and Aldrich's in house counsel provided pro bono review of our contract language. The contract will be signed in time for construction to pick up as the previous contract is completed. We will start with the vacuum truck two weeks ahead of drilling to allow it to get far enough ahead of the drillers that unanticipated obstacles don't cause drilling to be delayed. |
| June 16, 2005
| Vacuum truck work prior to initial drilling began this week, with drilling to follow next week. We have received reimbursement from US EPA for our upfront costs. Payment was processed through both the State and Federal governments and entered electronically into our checking account in just over three weeks. |
