| The final $600,000 installment of the Environmental Bond Bill funding has been received by the City. The contract is through most of the City's approval process, and we should be able to invoice for the funds shortly. The City will be adding $36,500 to the $100,000 contract they have with us for the current fiscal year. That change notice is working its way through the approval process as well. |

We have signed a preliminary contract that includes $84,000 in funds that will come from FY05 money and should be received before June 30. I expect that the final amount will be above the $138,500 we received this year but less than the $351,000 that we requested. |

We have some fit problems with the level logging equipment and are working with our vendor to straighten that out; it should be resolved shortly. The software is scheduled to be tested and in place by September. |
