| A substantial reduction in well readings in the Chandler/Tremont Street area was revealed by our data loggers in February. Both MTA and MBTA have done some investigation and have not found a cause. Investigation will continue. |

| The MBTA will be studying the very low readings from the wells near the end of Chandler Street, including one installed by the Columbus Center project, as part of their development of their interim solution for the St. Charles Street area. They are to come back with more information on that solution on June 26. |

| The T will be installing an additional monitoring well at the end of Chandler Street that is closer to the tracks than the well we have there. With this well, our three wells, and the two from Columbus Center, they hope to be able to better determine the cause of the drawdown in the area. |
