180 Well Contract

| Almost all well sites have been identified. We are planning to go out for bids on this contract in May, with construction to start after completion of the 114 well contract, likely in mid-August. If we can hold to these dates and have no unanticipated weather or construction problems, we plan to complete this contract before the end of the construction season in November. |

| We hope to go out for bid on this contract in May, with construction to start in August. In line with the concerns raised by the trustees at the meeting of the Committee of the Whole, we will proceed in East Boston in such a way that we can evaluate the results of early wells to determine the value of completing the whole network in that area. |
| May 16, 2005
| The bid solicitation for the 180 well contract will go out by the end of May. This work is scheduled to begin in mid-August, so this should allow adequate time for bid review and contract execution. |
| June 16, 2005
| This contract, the final one under our Environmental Bond Bill funding, is out for bid, with bids due on June 20. We expect work on this contract to begin around the middle of August, depending on progress on the 114 well contract. |
