| Although we are waiting for final confirmation, it appears that the Mayor will sponsor a technical correction of the purpose section of the D of T to be approved by the City Council. This would incorporate those changes that the trustees cannot make in the document. The trustees would adopt those other changes that have been previously discussed to change the makeup of the board and quorum requirements and update other sections of the document. We should be in a position to make these changes at the May meeting. |

| Our original declaration was never filed with the Secretary of State's office. We will file all appropriate paperwork for changes after adoption by the Trustees of the parts they can change and, hopefully, approval by the Council and Mayor of the technical modification to the purpose section. After that, we should work with the Mayor's office and the designated organizations to get additional trustees appointed. It is likely that holdovers will ultimately get reappointed as well. |
