Existing Construction Contract

| Christian has spoken with NH Boring to ensure that we will get the best possible construction crew, and that they will be ready to go on April 19. He will begin the process of getting BTD permits this week. We have 59 wells to complete on this project. |

| All permits are in place for construction to start next week. Christian has gotten the first of the parking permits, and the procedure set up last year with BTD, implemented with the assistance of Bo Holland, seems to be operating smoothly. There are 59 wells remaining on this contract. |
| May 16, 2005
| We have resumed construction on the remaining 59 wells. Although some unanticipated utility obstacles have occurred, we should be able to complete these pretty much on our original schedule. |
