Health and Safety Policy

| Mike Paster is working with me to develop an employee health and safety policy that would be a modified and scaled back version of that in place at GEI. |

| The Technical Advisory Committee is reviewing the draft policy. I hope to have something for the Board to adopt at the next meeting. |

| We have almost completed the policy statement. I expect to have it for approval at the next meeting. |

| As promised, the proposed Health and Safety Policy is ready for adoption at today’s meeting. Thanks to Mike Paster for his efforts on this. |
