MONITORING WELL PERMITTING

A Licensee planning to install Monitoring Wells must file an application with the city's Public Improvements Commission (PIC). (LINK)

The Groundwater Trust will review the application of the Licensee and determine if the wells installed will be turned over for control to them at the end of the license use. Below are links that provide some assistance in preparing these documents.
