Reports: Technical Coordinators’ Updates
2005 Technical Coordinator Report #1
Hello everyone. It’s that time of year again... observation well installations! Like last year, I am beginning a weekly update for you, rather than just the monthly update at the Board meetings.
The following has been accomplished from 4/4/05 - 5/2/05:
- Surveyed 5 new observation wells (installed by other projects) and incorporated them into the network.
- Hired a co-op for the summer semester, Stephen Guarente. Stephen will start on Monday May 9, 2005.
- Installed 10 new observation wells.
- Created bid document for next group of 180 observation wells to be installed.
The observation well installations resumed on April 19. Ashley will be in the field most of the time and I expect to be out there several hours everyday myself. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. Also, this being the first weekly update, I welcome any suggestions or comments.
